Who do we not employ?
We are all guilty of taking a victim role at times, complaining about others or the situation out of our control. It’s when this becomes a way of life that we have a big problem. Negativity holds others back, it affects the team. We do not want angry, annoyed people who thrive on complaining. We need visionaries, those that take a problem, turn it in to a challenge and find a way to overcome it.

A nonbeliever does not have willpower or belief in making a project happen. Either they do not have the vision to see improvements or lack of commitment to making things better. An achiever makes a solution happen where a non believer doesn’t think there is one.
Anyone who thinks they know it all is dangerous to progress. In our industry technology and needs change on a constant basis. A know-it-all will stick with what they know, not admitting to the need to constantly learn, adapt and change but we need those who seek out new ideas, fearless innovators who even when ideas fail learn by their mistakes quickly and share their lessons with the team for the sake of everyone’s growth and improvement.
